PF London Structure
PF London District is comprised of 5 regions. The formal administration & management is carried out by PF appointed Officers- A District Manager & Regional Coordinators. The District Manager (DM) is responsble for and oversees all formal links between PF council & committees and their respective Districts, passing on important news, guidelines, initiatives, feed-backs, campaigns etc. A Treasurer is appointed and handles all formal accounts and reports to DM & the PF.
Regional Coordinators cultivate and maintain direct links with PF members `in their’ regions, handling membership forms and enquiries. RCs also facilitate local moots and other regional events when possible. RCs keep a link between PF members & DM.
In addition, each District operates their own unique ways of organising events, rituals, conferences, camps, campaigns, fundraising, media contacts, Newsletter, websites, forums etc. Most of these work is coordinated by DM & RCs and tasks are delegated to willing volunteers. The `Events Team’ (often managed by an Events Organiser / Manager) handles these delegated tasks..

District Manager
Hi, I’m Mike Stygal. I took over from Jean Williams as District manager for Pagan Federation London at the beginning of July 2010. I’m very relieved that Jean is staying on at the PF London council in an honorary position as her knowledge, wisdom and experience are too great an asset for us to lose.
In addition to holding the DM position, I am also the Community Liaison officer, which involves liaising with communities, organisations and official bodies outside of the Pagan community as well as within the Pagan community, Inter faith work and other activities aimed at promoting a positive understanding of Pagans and the various Pagan paths they follow.
I’ve been following one Pagan path or another since 1986, following a path exploring the application of shamanic techniques to our modern landscape since 1997. I’ve also been involved in interfaith activity on a local, national and international basis since 2002.
A firmly believe that Pagan Federation London is here to try to serve the London Pagan community. In order to do that to the best of our ability, we benefit greatly from active involvement from members of that London Pagan community. I will often be heard to ask for volunteers to help out and for members to share their thoughts, projects and needs. So if, after reading this, you feel you have something you’d like to help us with, or you’ve some thoughts, ideas or a project you’re involved with, or if you’ve an issue you think we might be able to help to resolve then please get in touch. (you can reach Mike directly via mike@pflondon.org )

“Tamesis Times” Editor & new Deputy District Manager.
Hello all, I’m Luthaneal. With Liz L I’m joint-Regional Coordinator for the region of East London to the Essex Borders. I also work as editor for Tamesis Times, the PF members’ magazine for the London area, as well as overseeing PF-London’s publicity, advertising and media needs.
I run the Sacred Hart Moot in Romford, which has been going strong for several years now. Anyone interested in coming along can find information at: www.sacredhart.350.com.
I’ve been a practicing Pagan for around twenty years now. Mine is a path of Hellenic Polytheism, honouring the Gods of ancient Greece and reconstructing their ancient religion.
Somewhere in amongst all this I like to spend my spare time reading, writing, watching movies and playing role-play games. But if you really want to know who I am, then you should know three things: firstly, cartoons from the 1980’s are the best cartoons ever; secondly, if I could choose my ideal job, I’d be a superhero; and thirdly, one of the best things about Paganism is our ability to turn blind drunkenness into a sacred experience. Sweet dreams. -Luth.

Events Coordinator /webmaster.
Hi all, I’m Mani. I took over organising the PF London Open Rituals from Brian & Trish in 2004, and have been developing what we now see as the `PF London Events Team’. The Open rituals continued after some cost cutting and are now ever more popular; the annual picnics, regular Masked Balls (on Thames), annual PFL Conventions, outdoor Open rituals - are just some of our major features now! Started in 2005, this website continues to grow and be a prominent source of information to all pagans in London! In the last 3-4 years, PF groups & pages I started in facebook have become key networking tools.
Brought up a Hindu in Sri Lankan, I became interested in western magic & psychic powers over 2 decades ago. Studying the History of Science as part of my Physics Degree opened up the world of Witchcraft & Paganism. I am now a Physicist, and also an initiated Wiccan (15 yrs now)- and lean towards Shamanic ritual practices and Transpersonal Psychology. Having suffered racism, harassment, muggings and street attacks in my teen years, I am motivated by the ideals of Robin Hood & Hern, to work for the protecting and magical empowerment of people.
I founded and run an ritual group called Hern’s Tribe (which is a 7 yr old outdoor tribal ritual group). In early 2011, my partner April and I set-up a not-for-profit Company Gaian Times (an e-magazine). These both work in complementary ways to educate, serve pagans, non-pagans, animals and the Earth itself. contact me via: mani@pflondon.org mob: 077689-41373. Bright Stellar Blessings. Mani

Honourary Council Member (retired District Manager)
Hello! I’m Jean Williams; I’m an Honorary Member of the Pagan Federation and a member of the PF-London Council. I’ve been involved with the PF for 21 years! In that time, I’ve held many posts, including a year as President during the ritual child abuse scam of the early ‘90s, several years as PF Secretary and even more helping to run the central database. I was PF London District Manager for five years, passing it over to Mike in 2010. I’ve seen the PF grow from a small dedicated group of around 300 Pagans, mainly Wiccans, to an organisation of several thousand with members from every Pagan Path, all with the same aim in view: to promote and defend the Pagan Traditions. . It has been challenging – but very rewarding and enormous FUN!
I’m now in my eighties and have less energy for active support, but I have a wealth of knowledge about the PF and its organisation that is at the service of PFL.
